Return Policy

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchase. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.

We do not Accept:

1. Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of use, even if they are still under warranty.
2. Products that have been used, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
3. Bedding, mattresses, pillows, sheets, comforters, that have been removed from their original packaging.
4. Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.
5. Customize products.
6. A change of mind refund for any furniture item(s).
7. The products which on offer.

Refund or Exchange Policy:

1. You may return the products in its original condition for exchange or refund within 24 hours from delivery.
2. A pick up and restocking fee will be applied, the amount will be depends on the pick up location.
3. Delivery fee will not be refunded unless the product returned is found to have a manufacture defect or was damaged in transit.
4. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment except cash payment will be refunded by bank transfer. Card refunds may take up to 14 working days depending on the respective bank’s policy. Neo Front shall not be liable for any delays in the refunds by the banks.
